  • Incorporation of elastic bands and stability equipment to improve balance and stability on the ice. Emphasis on injury prevention and corrective exercises to address common youth hockey injuries. 
  • Goal setting and mindset training to enhance motivation and mental toughness.

2 weeks of online nutritional coaching and 4 in-person group training sessions per week. 

  • 2 weeks of online nutritional coaching.  
  • 4 in-person group training sessions per week. 
  • Focus on advanced training techniques, such as power development and sport-specific drills. 
  • Incorporation of Olympic lifts and plyometric training to improve explosive power on the ice.
